1. Occasionally, not many changes are needed to update a home. In other instances, a complete remodel is a must. This condo, housed in a mid-rise built in 1960, saw few improvements over the past 50 years. The place required a major overhaul. Floors were leveled, ceilings were scraped and just about everything in between was replaced (We even shifted a wall three inches to accommodate the fridge). Crisp white walls, combined with coffee colored bamboo, stainless steel and cool white marble transformed this space into a bright, modern dwelling.

  2. Kitchen Remodel

This project was for a wonderful young couple, freshly out of law school. The home was built in the 50’s by one of the owner’s grandfather. The desired outcome was to be bright, white and traditional with some contemporary details - enter clean lines and sleek, stainless steel appliances. Plumbing and electrical were relocated to achieve both aesthetic and optimally functional outcomes.
